My menu reflects our food convictions and preferences.
- 100% Vegan
- No alcohol or soy sauce
- No sugar, honey, cane juice crystals, agave, etc.
- We sweeten with stevia instead.
- Low-starch, Low-grain
- High good fats (avocado, olives, nuts, seeds, olive oil, coconut oil, etc.)
- FAST and EASY. If the meal is not prepared in 30 minutes, I don't make it unless it is a super special holiday.
- We are working towards a seasonal, local-food based diet.
