Prepare mushrooms by sauteing till browned and crispy:
- 2 c. Mushrooms, chopped (blue oyster or button preferred)
- 1 T. Refined Coconut Oil
- 1 T. minced garlic
- 1 t. Chile Garlic Sauce
- 1/2 t. Ginger Powder
- 1 t. Sesame Oil
- 2 T. Bragg Liquid Aminos
- 2 T. Lemon Juice
- 2 t. Sesame Oil
- 1 t. Basil,dry
- 1/4 t. Truvia
- Fresh Salad Mixed Greens
- Carrots, sliced or shredded
- Cucumber, sliced
- Quinoa, cooked
- Cilantro, fresh
- Basil, fresh

Put 1/2 c. raisins in bowl and cover with hot water. Set aside for 20 minutes.

- 1 c. roasted cashews, chopped
- 4 heaping T. vegan mayo
- 3 heaping T. Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic seasoning
- 1 t. sesame oil
- 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
- Add in the raisins with the soaking water when they have rehydrated to your liking.
- Optional: Additional sweetener
