Asian Slaw
Fiesta
Combine in a bowl:
  • Baby Spinach
  • Pinto Beans, rinsed
  • Green Olives
  • Avocado, chopped
  • Red Peppers, chopped
  • Cilantro, fresh and chopped
  • Daiya Cheddar Mozarella Shreds
  • Almond Slivers
  • Radish Microgreens
  • Pico de Gallo (Wegmans brand preferred)
​Serve immediately as a hearty meal.

Combine in a bowl:
  • Mango, chopped
  • Red Pepper, chopped
  • Black Beans, rinsed
  • Green Olives
  • Vegan Sausage, sauteed and chopped
  • Cilantro, fresh and chopped
  • Green Onions, chopped
  • Radish Microgreens
  • True Lime or Lime Juice
Serve as a high-protein, high-fat meal immediately.

Asian-Inspired
Prepare mushrooms by sauteing till browned and crispy:
  • 2 c. Mushrooms, chopped (blue oyster or button preferred)
  • 1 T. Refined Coconut Oil
  • 1 T. minced garlic
  • 1 t. Chile Garlic Sauce
  • 1/2 t. Ginger Powder
  • 1 t. Sesame Oil
Mix up the following dressing:
  • 2 T. Bragg Liquid Aminos
  • 2 T. Lemon Juice
  • 2 t. Sesame Oil
  • 1 t. Basil,dry
  • 1/4 t. Truvia
Combine your fresh salad ingredients below. Top with crispy mushrooms and dressing.
  • Fresh Salad Mixed Greens
  • Carrots, sliced or shredded
  • Cucumber, sliced
  • Quinoa, cooked
  • Cilantro, fresh
  • Basil, fresh
Asian Slaw
Put 1/2 c. raisins in bowl and cover with hot water. Set aside for 20 minutes.

Mix in large bowl...
  • 2, 16-oz. bags of coleslaw
  • 1 c. roasted cashews, chopped
  • 4 heaping T. vegan mayo
  • 3 heaping T. Simply Asia Sweet Ginger Garlic seasoning
  • 1 t. sesame oil
  • 1/2 c. chopped cilantro
  • Add in the raisins with the soaking water when they have rehydrated to your liking.
  • Optional: Additional sweetener

I find this slaw tastes best the next day after the flavors have had a chance to come together.

  • Strawberries, chopped
  • Sunflower Shoots, chopped
  • Green Onion, chopped
  • Daiya Mozarella Shreds, chopped
  • Basil (fresh or dried)
  • True Lime crystals or Lime Juice
  • Truvia
Serve as a healthy dessert immediately.
